We love stories and we love narrating them too.
Exactly a year ago we took on an initiative to support artisan families of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradeshduring the lockdown to create a new design language using a weaving technique ,block print and embroidery technique. It has taken us a year to put these stories together and finally bring you a collection we lovingly called Bagh.

Our Kota range is one of a kind. Like the summer breeze on an ethereal lake, it is woven by the karigars of Kaithoon and interlaced with embroidery from Kota cluster and handblockprint from Indore on the border and body to create this chic new drape story.
Variation and irregularities in the fabric are part of the hand weaving process and are part of the beauty and charm of the handmade fabric.

Returns and Exchange
Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns are allowed only for defective or damaged products. Gift card or exchange will be issued for the returned defective product only.
If you wish to exchange a product, a store credit/credit note will be issued, which you can use to place a fresh order online. Please note that credit note/store credit cannot be encashed, and cannot be used for offline purchases.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
- Products undergo strict quality checks; however, in rare cases of defects/damage, email a photo and video of the product to writetokaisori@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the issue is raised after 7 days.

Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with bills and tags intact.

Not Eligible for Returns:
- Sarees with blouse pieces cut, tassels made, or falls stitched by the customer.
- Minor color ordesign variations as these are inherent to handcrafted products.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received in its original condition if we are not able to deliver the product.
Garment care
Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent or dry clean the product Dry in the shade only. For mixed yarns like silk cotton, we recommend dry cleaning after a few wears.
Shrinkage: Most of our sarees are pre- shrunk owing to usage of natural dyes to but there could be a minor shrinkage and it should be accounted for.
Variations and irregularities in the fabric are a hallmark of the hand-weaving and hand-blockprint process, enhancing its beauty and charm.
