Refunds/Returns are only allowed in cases where our customer receives a defected or damaged product. All our products undergo strict quality check, so the chances of receiving a defected product is slim.
In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within a week of receiving the order.
Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week.
We will initiate a refund once the product has been picked is shipped back to us.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed in case of minor colour or design variations.
