We love stories, and we love narrating them too...

Celebrate summer and craftsmanship with Kaisori.

Our Aira Jaipuri Leheriya saree range is truly one of a kind. Hand-dyed after intricate knot tying in the historic lanes of Jaipur, it features pristine white Kota fabric adorned with Leheriya patterns on the border and body, crafting a chic new drape story.

About the Craft:
Leheriya is a traditional tie-and-dye technique that originated in Rajasthan. The word "Leher" means "waves." The fabric is diagonally folded and tied with thread before being immersed in dye, and the resist is removed to reveal beautiful diagonal stripes.

The natural variation and irregularities in the fabric are part of the hand-weaving process, adding to the unique beauty and charm of the handmade fabric.

Pre-order piece only. Delivery in 4 to 5 weeks due to Eid

Each piece is made especially for you using traditional craft techniques, and production begins soon after your order is confirmed. Since every order is individually handcrafted, artisan time, raw materials, and craftsmanship are committed specifically to your purchase.

By placing an order with Kaisori, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No refunds or cancellations are permitted for confirmed COD orders.

  • Production planning
  • Administrative and payment processing costs

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment after applicable deductions.

3. Cancellation After 7 Days

Production Timelines & Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

Every Kaisori creation is handmade by artisan communities across India using traditional techniques, including handloom weaving, hand block printing, embroidery, and natural or handcrafted dyeing processes.

Unlike machine-made products, handcrafted production depends on several external factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions affecting dyeing and drying
  • Seasonal humidity and monsoons
  • Natural dye processes requiring additional drying time
  • Artisan availability and cluster-specific production schedules
  • Festival closures and regional holidays
  • Quality inspections and reworking when required

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, these factors may occasionally result in production delays.

Our Commitment to Quality

At Kaisori, we never compromise on craftsmanship.

If, during production or quality inspection, we find that a product does not meet our quality standards, we will remake or rework the product entirely at our own cost before dispatching it.

Although this may extend the delivery timeline, it ensures that you receive a handcrafted product that reflects the quality and authenticity we promise.

Accordingly, delays arising from the handcrafted production process, quality improvements, artisan availability, weather conditions, natural dye processes, or other production-related circumstances shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

Special Occasion Orders

If your purchase is intended for a wedding, festival, gifting occasion, or any time-sensitive event, please inform us before or at the time of placing your order by leaving a note with your order or contacting our customer support team.

We will make every reasonable effort to prioritize your order wherever production schedules permit.

However, because every product is handcrafted and produced within artisan clusters, expedited production cannot be guaranteed, and we request customers to place such orders well in advance.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Kaisori, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a handcrafted, made-to-order product.
  • Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
  • You understand that handcrafted production timelines may vary due to artisan processes, quality requirements, weather conditions, and other production-related factors.
  • You agree that production-related delays do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

We thank you for supporting India's artisan communities and for appreciating the time, skill, and craftsmanship that go into creating every Kaisori piece.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – Kaisori

Are all Kaisori sarees ready to ship?

No. Most Kaisori sarees are made-to-order and handcrafted by artisan clusters across India. Each product page clearly mentions whether the saree is ready to ship or on pre-order, along with the estimated timeline.

Why do pre-orders take time?

Our sarees are not mass-produced. They are handwoven, hand-dyed, hand-printed, or hand-embroidered. Weather conditions, yarn availability, and loom schedules can affect timelines. Ethical, slow production takes time.

Where can I check the delivery timeline for my order?

The estimated delivery timeline is mentioned on the product page, in your order confirmation email, and in follow-up emails. For specific updates, please write to kaisoriorders@gmail.com.

I haven’t received an update. What should I do?

Please email us at kaisoriorders@gmail.com with your order number. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us as all communication is tracked.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on select products and locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Ready-to-ship orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch. Pre-order or made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept exchanges or returns only in case of defects or damage reported within the specified time frame. Minor variations in colour, weave, or print are natural to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Why does the saree look slightly different from website images?

All sarees are handmade using natural fibres and dyes. Slight differences are inherent to handcrafted textiles and part of their beauty.

Do you issue store credit?

Yes. In eligible cases, store credit may be issued and can be redeemed on future purchases as per communicated terms.

How do I contact customer support?

Email: kaisoriorders@gmail.com (recommended). WhatsApp support is available during business hours for quick queries on +91 9964042996

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges, duties, and timelines vary by location.

Why should I choose Kaisori?

By choosing Kaisori, you support Indian artisans, handloom traditions, natural fibres, and conscious slow fashion over mass manufacturing.
