Are all Kaisori sarees ready to ship?
No. Most Kaisori sarees are made-to-order and handcrafted by artisan clusters across India. Each product page clearly mentions whether the saree is ready to ship or on pre-order, along with the estimated timeline.
Why do pre-orders take time?
Our sarees are not mass-produced. They are handwoven, hand-dyed, hand-printed, or hand-embroidered. Weather conditions, yarn availability, and loom schedules can affect timelines. Ethical, slow production takes time.
Where can I check the delivery timeline for my order?
The estimated delivery timeline is mentioned on the product page, in your order confirmation email, and in follow-up emails. For specific updates, please write to kaisoriorders@gmail.com.
I haven’t received an update. What should I do?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select products and locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Ready-to-ship orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch. Pre-order or made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept exchanges or returns only in case of defects or damage reported within the specified time frame. Minor variations in colour, weave, or print are natural to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Why does the saree look slightly different from website images?
All sarees are handmade using natural fibres and dyes. Slight differences are inherent to handcrafted textiles and part of their beauty.
Do you issue store credit?
Yes. In eligible cases, store credit may be issued and can be redeemed on future purchases as per communicated terms.
