Shipping and Returns


Shipping costs are usually calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight  and area pincode the parcel needs to be shipped to.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 3 to 7 business days depending on the location for all products except pre order items. We only use reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Kaisori is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ India Speed Post as it’s beyond our control. We only guarantee to handover the consignment within 7 working days from the date of the order except pre order products.

- Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11am to 6pm. Saturday: 11am to 1pm

- Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner.

- All items in one cart will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for each address.


Refunds/Returns are only allowed in cases where our customer receives a defected or damaged product. All our products undergo strict quality check, so the chances of receiving a defected product is slim.

In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within a week of receiving the order.

Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week.

The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact. Sarees that have the blouse piece cut, tassels made and falls stitched by you will not be exchanged.
