Shipping policy

Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the parcel's weight and destination pincode.
Dispatch & Delivery:
- Orders are dispatched within 3 to7 business days for all products except pre-order items.
- Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination, for all products except pre-order items.
- We use only reputable courier companies and/or India Speed Post.
- Note: Kaisori is not responsible for delays or loss in transit caused by courier companies or India Speed Post. We guarantee to hand over consignments within 7 working days of the order date, except for pre-order products.
Business Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Packaging:
- Products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging.
- Important: If you find the package tampered with, please do not accept delivery. Once delivery is accepted, it is assumed the parcel arrived securely.
Multiple Addresses: All items in one cart will be shipped to a single address. For multiple addresses, please create separate orders.
