Your Kaisori Ajrakh dupatta is a celebration of the oldest printing methods of the Indian subcontinent.Made by Khatris community in Kutch, Gujarat, it is distinguished by its color- blue with red - and its complex geometric & floral patterns. It involves 14-16 different stages of dyeing & printing, which takes 14-21 days to complete by skilled artisans.The resulting cloth is soft against the skin and jewel-like in appearance, pleasing to touch & appealing to the eye.

At Kaisori,we work with artisans who are custodians of age old dyeing and printing techniques to bring you a new story of our rich Indian craft legacy.

Care Instructions : First wash - dry cleaning. Post which gentle, quick wash at home in mild soap. Do not soak. Gentle ironing.

Returns and Exchange

Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns are allowed only for defective or damaged products. Gift card or exchange will be issued for the returned defective product only.

If you wish to exchange a product, a store credit/credit note will be issued, which you can use to place a fresh order online. Please note that credit note/store credit cannot be encashed, and cannot be used for offline purchases.

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

    • Products undergo strict quality checks; however, in rare cases of defects/damage, email a photo and video of the product to writetokaisori@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the issue is raised after 7 days.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with bills and tags intact.
    • Not Eligible for Returns:
      • Sarees with blouse pieces cut, tassels made, or falls stitched by the customer.
      • Minor color ordesign variations as these are inherent to handcrafted products.

Garment care

Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent or dry clean the product Dry in the shade only. For mixed yarns like silk cotton, we recommend dry cleaning after a few wears.

Shrinkage: Most of our sarees are pre- shrunk owing to usage of natural dyes to but there could be a minor shrinkage and it should be accounted for.

Variations and irregularities in the fabric are a hallmark of the hand-weaving and hand-blockprint process, enhancing its beauty and charm.
