  • Batik art by the Chippa community from Ujjain
  • Maheshwari weaving by the Ansari artisans

This time we have imagined her as the powerful narrator of craft-stories from Madhya Pradesh  and Rajasthan- blended into one exquisite, truly one-of-a-kind, saree collection.Our story is a culmination of craft and art narratives of – Ragini of Bundi, Batik by Chippa community from Ujjain and Maheswari by Ansaris from the region.

Fabric : Handloom Maheswari Cotton Silk fabric with hand- painted Batik art inspired by Bundi paintings from Chitrashaala made with azo free dyes.

Order -  This is a pre-order piece with a lead of time of 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order.

Returns and Exchange

At Kaisori, every product is handcrafted with care, reflecting the rich heritage and skill of Indian artisans. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that concerns may occasionally arise. Here’s how we address such situations:


No Refunds — Only Store Credit or Exchange

We do not offer cash refunds.
In case of a genuine issue, we offer store credit or facilitate an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may initiate an exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing clear photos and a short video of the issue to 📧 writetokaisori@gmail.com.

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.


Exchange / Store Credit Process

  • Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges).

  • This credit can be used for a fresh purchase on 🌐 www.kaisori.com.

Please note:

  • Store credits cannot be encashed.

  • They cannot be used for offline purchases, exhibitions, or pop-up events.

  • All to and fro courier charges will be borne by the customer and adjusted against the store credit or exchange value.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted. For additional exchanges, further courier costs will also be borne by the customer.


Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products that have been altered by the customer (e.g., blouse pieces cut, falls stitched, tassels added).

  • Minor colour or design variations, which are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

  • Custom-made or pre-order products, unless received in a damaged condition.

  • Products that are used, damaged post-delivery, or returned without original packaging and tags.

Garment care

Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent or dry clean the product Dry in the shade only. For mixed yarns like silk cotton, we recommend dry cleaning after a few wears.

Shrinkage: Most of our sarees are pre- shrunk owing to usage of natural dyes to but there could be a minor shrinkage and it should be accounted for.

Variations and irregularities in the fabric are a hallmark of the hand-weaving and hand-blockprint process, enhancing its beauty and charm.
